sunday 26/02/2017 - 7.25PM, I went to buy a vacuum ticket and found out it is very weak. I went back in straight away and said to the old lady and ask if I can swap to another machine. She said: "sorry, I don't know". Disappointed, I came out and keep vacuuming. Not yet, I came back again and suggest she should put the mch Out Of Order. She said "yes, thank you" but after I left, I have noted that she didnt do anything, just standing there and read sth. Only one customer filling petrol at that time. So sad for this business to have this kind of staff. I am a regular customer at this place and will never use the service if I see this lady again, very poor customer service.
